Quotes

Quotes are based on the sizes, materials, quantities and site conditions known at the time. Final prices may change if the scope changes after approval. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Design approval

Production starts only after you approve the final design, sizes and materials in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine). Please check spelling, colours and contact details carefully — we are not responsible for errors in an approved design.

Payments

An advance is required to begin production, with the balance payable on delivery or installation, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment terms are stated on each quote.

Timelines

We commit to agreed delivery dates. Delays caused by late approvals, site readiness, permissions, weather or events outside our control may shift timelines.

Site access & permissions

You are responsible for site access, power supply for illuminated signs, and any permissions required from landlords, associations or local authorities, unless we agree in writing to arrange them.

Warranty

Warranty terms for LED and illuminated signs, if any, are stated on your quote and invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power fluctuations, accidents or third-party modifications.

Artwork & intellectual property

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images or text you provide. Design work we create remains ours until paid for in full.
